First step in applying the perfect blush, dab blush brush into blush powder. Gently blow on the brush or blot the blush brush on your wrist or tissue to remove any excess blush powder.
Second, smile. See the rounded, “apples” on your cheeks? The apples of the cheek are below the eyes on either side of the nostrils. Move the blush brush in circles over the apples of your cheeks.
Third, stop smiling. Now brush from the area you just applied blush to, back towards your ears. This should be approximately along the cheekbone.
Fourth, for added depth and color on the face, lightly apply blush to across the forehead, down the nose and on the chin. That’s all there is to applying blush. It’s as easy as apples and smiling.
